We have had a wonderful time! The location of our "home for a week" is in a beautiful part of Paris. Views of Sacre Coeur in the evening will last in our memories. A bientot! Floriana and Simon 08/29/2004

Catherine - Your flat was even more wonderful than we imagined! We had a wonderful 7 weeks! We felt so at home and had the most fabulous Christmas in Paris. We even cooked our own Christmas dinner in the flat. At night when the children were restless, the stairs leading up to the church were very useful! We took walks in the garden every day, and we loved Bus 85 that took us all the way to the Garden of Luxembourg! We hope to return again! Please wave at the restaurant owner across the street. We ate there so many time that we had our own table! Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcome. Thanks again! Diane Elliott and children 01/05/06

Dear Catherine, Well as I said on the first day, your flat is gorgeous, and three months later we think exactly the same _ just gorgeous (OK 'formidable')! We cannot believe we found a flat in Paris with such a wonderful outlook _ so full of sun and light and so quiet - overlooking gardens of trees, birds, roses, geraniums, hollyhocks, figs and even a wattle for we Australians.(our national flower!) It was like living in Provence, yet outside the door we had everything we wanted _ sensational supermarkets, market, butcher, fruit shop, laundry, internet and easy transport to all the sights of this most beautiful city. It has been such a pleasure to get to know you and your friends and it made it so much more special. As you know we want to come back. Please give my email address to anyone who would like to know more. So merci beaucoup again Catherine _ we will miss you and 'our' Paris home. Joan and Gus Edison, Collaroy Plateau, Sydney, Australia

Dear Catherine, We had a terrific time here. The area around the apartment is really lively and interesting. It's a great feeling to fall out of the door into a bar. Montmartre is quite different to the rest of Paris. We will try to return. John and Sue 07/31/2004

There are lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Be sure to try le Petit Blue for some good, inexpensive food. The place is quite small, and I'm not sure three people would fit- unless you are very "close". We visited in the winter and found the apartment a bit cold and damp. I would love to visit in the Spring or Summer when the garden is in bloom. The kitchen is fully stocked and more than adequate for preparing simple meals. Enjoy your stay!
Perfect Location! Easy access to good food, good shopping, and Metro to anywhere in the city. Your host is gracious and most helpful. Montmartre is the only place to stay in Paris. You will never want to leave! July 2007
