"I just wanted to say thank you on behalf of James and I for letting us stay in your lovely flat over the weekend. We absolutely adored it, and had the most wonderful stay in Paris. It was great to have access to a kitchen, and we had fun visiting the bakery, butcher, vegetable shop, etc. to buy food to prepare. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Thanks again for helping to make our trip to Paris so memorable. We would love to stay at your flat when we are next in the city."

We were there last May (2005) and enjoyed every minute of our stay at this cozy appt. Extremely well located. We barely used the Metro as it is within walking distance of everything. Needs everything you need (even oil and salt that you hate to buy if you just stay for 4 days) Thank you Raphael!!

Raphael, We surely enjoyed our stay (Sept 2005) at your wonderful little apartment in the heart of beautiful Paris. It is so well located for seeing all the sights.
