Thank you again for the use of your apartment. And I'm glad to hear you thought we took good care of it; we certainly appreciated its value! Not the least of which was its gracious and witty owner! Now you really must come see us. Yes, it's sunny and warm in L.A. Still, Paris is the most beautiful city in the world, and it is hard to think of it as anything else. Personally, Phillip and I have always found the city to be extremely friendly, and Parisians themselves to be the most sophisticated, cultured and intelligent citizens of any major metropolitan area. And I'm glad to have given you back your apartment hopefully in as good condition as we found it.
