I stayed at this flat for 2 1/2 weeks last summer and it was the best experience I have ever had in Paris (been there 9 times). The landlord keeps the flat clean and attractive. It is walking distance to everywhere in Paris including metros and public buses. I was able to cook a meal for 4 in the small yet well equipped kitchen when friends visited. I've just rented it again for this next summer for a few weeks. You would be crazy to stay in a hotel for $200 a night when this flat is bigger and better for much less money. You will experience the real Paris. Make sure you eat downstairs at the restaurant and the wine bar Henri IV.
