I would have like to have sent you this email earlier but I was suffering from jet lag....my flight home was not very good. I did want to let you know that you have a wonderful place in Paris! It is incredibly comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. The beds were wonderful and nobody complained of any back pain. I also want to say that you have one of the largest bathrooms in all of Paris! I was in Paris for 2 weeks and the first week I spent in a hotel, which was very nice also...but there was no comparison....your apartment was much more comfortable....and WHEN I come back to Paris I will definitely stay at your place again. Sorry this took so long to comment on! We stayed here in June, and was very pleasantly surprised by the appartment, having stayed in some horrendous hotels in paris for twice the price. The beds were great, plenty of room, and the bathroom excellent. The kitchen was fantastic and we saved alot of money cooking, only needs an electric kettle
Would definitely stay here again if in paris. oh forgot to mention very close to the metro and lovely shops close by.

I must say that our visit in Paris the 12-17 th of April was wounderful. Your appartment was very charming and really made our stay special. It contained all we needed and it was very clean. The beds were lovely we slept very good. The neigbourhood is lovely and the appart is situated just perfectly. We will gladly rent it again. Best wishes from Charlotte with family.

Sylvie et Thierry, I want to let you know how much I have enjoyed staying at your apartment. It is very comfortable and convenient. The bed is great! You never know whether you will have a comfortable bed when you travel. What a nice surprise! Everything else is very nice and well thought out. It has been fun to have an apartment one block away from my friends' apartment. We all enjoy Paris and France very much. This is my first time with an apartment rather than a hotel room. It's great! We stayed at 28 Rue Broca in September 2005. It was fantastic! The apartment was what we expected, just like the pictures and the highlight was that it was a short walk from the Rue Mouffetard markets, which was divine! The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for us. I would highly recommend it!

Got back yesterday, and I have to say a big THANKS !!! The whole vacation was wonderful, and the apartment played a major role in this. It was better than we were expecting; even the furniture: the chairs and table were different --better-- than the ones in the photos. For two weeks we roamed all over Paris: our daughter loved it, and even my wife and I discovered new places that delighted us. And the freedom and convenience that was provided by the apartment made it all so much easier. Only minor detail was that we couldn't get the cable TV to work; it only showed the first two channels, while all the others showed a message as "not available." However, we are a (atypical) family which does not use the TV very much, so this was not a problem for us. Just letting you know... On the other hand, the computer and the internet connection were invaluable! Feel free to use my name for any reference that might be needed for future prospect tenants -- just tell them to mail me. If you ever come to Greece, please let us know! Again, un tres grand merci pour tout!

Ideal para visitar Paris a pié. El barrio es ideal. Estuvimos una familia de dos adultos y dos niños (8 y 5) Fué fantástico. Nos sentimos como en casa. Realmente todo estubo soberbio. Incluso al volver de nuestros paseos, el ambiente y la posibilidad de comprar algo para la cena nos sosrprendió. Las mañanas, sencillamente encantadoras.
Dejaos sorprender agradablemente por este aparatamento. Vivireis Paris desde el corazón de un barrio con una personalidad sorprendente en cada esquina. NO os perdais los "croissants" de la gran boulangerie de la avenida. Ni los queso del affineur de Moffetard. Ni... ni siquiera el trato de los encargados de la lavanderia de la primera calle a a la derecha..... Queremos volver...
Pronto volveremos a pasear por esas calles.

We are back from our amazing stay over the Christmas/New Year 2007 holiday. The rue Broca apartment was everything and more than we could expect or ever desire. Thierry was terrific to deal with, everything was easy and well-planned out. The apartment is located centrally, very quiet, private, safe street and minutes from the food markets. Great ambiance and a chance to sample delicacies. Very close to a great metro. Yet it provides a nice getaway from doing all the crowded, touristy things during the day. Great shower, large bathroom, lots of space, great beds, nothing was lacking. We would never stay in a hotel again. This is a true way to experience your stay and to get so much more out of it. 9 trips to Paris and this was our best. THANK YOU, Thierry and Sophie. Our trip was magical.
