Bonjour Philippe Philippe is very helpful and makes the entire process easy. All you need is Rick Steves travel book and a good map of Paris. I am an airline pilot and I travel often to Europe and I know how important is for thing to go smooothly especially if it is your first time to Europe. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. You are a close walk to the laundry mat, grocery stores, local shops and restaurants. You have the opportunity to interact with the locals and get a true feel for the city. The entire family looks forward to staying at your apartment in the future. Later,
Don and Lori (Atlanta).

(...) To be honest, we had some concerns before our arrival about the 15th arrondissement location. Instead, we found the neighborhood to be both pleasant and functional. It became a daily game for Pam and me to take turns exploring in search of unique food, bread, newspapers, coffee, etc. Within four blocks one could find stores selling almost anything. The local restaurants were generally good as well. The Metro made it simple to get anywhere, and we got to experience a part of Paris that tourists seldom see.

Ultimately Philippe, you are your own best advertisement for the apartment. I corresponded with several other apartment owners and property managers during the summer.
Your prompt and straightforward responses were what convinced us to stay in your apartment.

Many thanks for your kindness to us,

Chris and Pam (San Francisco)

We had a wonderful visit to Paris -- the most beautiful city in the world, in my opinion, although I haven't seen them all -- not the least because of the comfort and amenities you provided at Apt. Beuret. Clean, well equipped, great location -- especially helpful to have internet access, and, to my surpise, nice to have a DVD player for those evenings when we had tired ourselves out. Thank you for being so thoroughly helpful and accommodating. I've been singing your praises here among family and friends.

I find I start to yearn to see Paris again every few years, so you will be sure to hear from me again.

Many thanks.
Jane

Philippe,

I just got back in from my last diner in Paris (well, for this trip, anyway). I'll be leaving very early in the morning. I had a lovely stay here, and hope to return again sometime soon. Just FYI, the safe started lighting it's "low battery" light a day or so ago.

Since I'm better at typing than writing with a pen, I'll mention here that the Indian restaurant across the street, Al Punjab, is not only tasty, but very, very friendly. I got "take out" orders from them twice and they treated me extremely well. Highly recommended.

Thanks for all of your help and for making the rental process so convenient. I'm sure I'll contact you again the next time I plan to be in Paris.

Thanks,
Michael C. (USA)

Philippe is a great landlord, made us feel really welcome, and his apartment was great too! Nice area, and great patisseries, etc.

Hi Philippe,

Sorry we missed your call. Yes, we were enjoying our last dinner in Paris at a wonderful neighborhood resturant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere (experience) as good as it gets. Then yesterday was our trip home.

Yes, thank you for finding a way to work with our travel schedule so we could stay at your apartment. Staying in an apartment is the best way to experience Parisian life. We hope to be able to return and know more French next time!

Best wishes for your continued success in the vacation rental business!
