Hello,
We are Dominique and Philippe, owners of the apartment Boulevard Magenta. Since 2004 we have been pleased to receive visitors from all over the world who come to discover or to rediscover Paris. Our apartment is very comfortable & practical for a period of five nights or up to two months.
I have been and a photographer for the past twenty years and been working for the French Ministry of finance. This job took me to several other continents to discover other cultures. My wife, Dominique works the Bank of France. Our English is not very good, but with a smile, a few words and some signs, that are able to exchange information.
Our apartment has been designed with everything you need. All the amenities are provided even the smallest details. The computer webcam and the Internet will allow you to stay in touch with your loved ones at home - still waiting you hear and see you.
We also provide old video games that will bring happiness to your teenagers or young adults, some TV international channels, traditional French music and movies are also available for the few days of bad weather or relaxing moments.
For the most courageous, bikes will allow you to follow your own stroll. In the heart of Paris, close to the shops and grocery stores, you will find Parisian transportation (Subway and bus) just in front the building very close to the Gare du Nord (London or Eurodisney), the cafés theaters and the famous New Morning club for the jazz.
In our district, restaurants with a mythical outstanding decoration: Julien or Flo Terminus Nord, La Paella the oldest Spanish restaurant in Paris opened in 1954 and also Tante Alice (rue du Château d’Eau) for the French gastronomy.
In case of trouble, we live very close to the boulevard Magenta, and we will come and help you quickly because, our greatest pleasure is that you spend a very pleasant stay in Paris, the most beautiful city in the world…
