Hello!
This is from Bruno & Beatrice, the owners of the rue Lepic apartment in Paris. My wife is 42 years old and I am 40. We've been welcoming guests in out apartment for the past 4 years from Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and many other countries. It's always a pleasure to welcome guests and chat with them. We speak English and can be helpful to you during your trip.
Beatrice is a teacher and I work for the French TV as journalist. We have two children.
We ourselves do not live far from this apartment. We love this area which is popular and touristic, full of stores and facilities. Walk two minutes and you get to a subway station or a bus stop. You get to the city center in less than 15 minutes.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has three beds (one of them is a sofa bed). It has a bathroom and is equipped with TV set and a CD player.
