The background of her painting is made of this juxtaposed materials once they are selected, sorted out, cut out and put together. Once this mosaic work is finished, Nathalie paints hers figures in oils, playing with her favorite colours transparencies and contrasts.
Her portraits emerge from their "flamboyance" playing with shades and lights.
